And this is why she is my "mentor"...

I have been at work 5 minutes and I get this email from Kara...

I just checked out your new blog posting (surely you will have seen the comment I just posted) and am SOOOO PROUD of you! That took tons of cajones!

So, catch me up. Have you signed up for WW yet? How was spin (yesterday?)? Can you give me your planned work out schedule (again) so I can help you and give you encouragement throughout the weeks?

You know, I was thinking about one of the huge benefits of boot camp, other than the obvious. So many of the things you'll be doing there won't require equipment and you'll be able to do them at home as well.

Well, lets start with breakfast. Did you get a healthy start to your day. I just finished my half cup of cottage cheese (great morning protein source), am sipping my green tea and about to have a pumpkin spice flax granola bar. In an hour or so, I'll have my boiled egg and then will be preparing my usual salad for lunch. It's extra special this week since I'm enjoying veggies bought at the farmers market!
